*The Magic Begins:*

As Santa's Christmas elf leads you up the twinkling, fairy-lit stairs, you'll hear Santa chatting away to his reindeer and elves, getting ready just for YOU! Step into his incredible tree house grotto - a Christmas wonderland packed floor to ceiling with twinkling trees, retro decorations, more Christmas magic than you can wave a candy cane at, and the most jolly atmosphere you've ever experienced!

*But here's the REAL magic...*

Santa Claws knows ALL about your little one - their name, age, what they're brilliant at, and even what they want for Christmas! Watch their eyes grow wide with wonder as they realise this really IS the real Santa! While having the most hilarious, magical chat (he's got proper banter!), they'll cuddle either an adorable guinea pig or a friendly rat, creating those once-in-a-lifetime Christmas memories.

*Every 10-Minute Visit Includes:*

Meet the most magical, funny Santa who knows everything about your child

‍ Christmas elf guide up the enchanted stairs

*How Much Does It Cost?*

• Children aged 2 years and over: £25 per session

• Babies aged 0-23 months: £15 per session  

• Accompanying adults: £9.50 (pay on arrival)

• Each magical session with Santa lasts 10 minutes

• Maximum of 2 children per session

• If you have more than 2 children, you can book multiple sessions and the whole family can still go up to meet Santa together!

*Important Things You Need to Know:*

• You'll need to use stairs to reach the grotto, so unfortunately, it's not wheelchair accessible

• All bookings are non-refundable, but you can change your booking to a different date if you give us 48 hours' notice

• If you're feeling poorly with cough or cold symptoms, please don't come - you can change to another available date, or if there are no other dates available, we'll provide you with a credit note instead

• We absolutely love it when you take photos, so bring your cameras and capture those magical moments!

• We'll ask you for some details about your child when you book - this is all part of the magic that makes Santa so incredibly special!
