- By purchasing this product, you agree to the animal handling terms and conditions presented during the checkout
- No refunds are given. If an animal is unwell or not in the mood for handling, you will be offered a free return visit to do your handling experience.
- Some of our animals can contract human illness so we kindly ask if anyone in your group is suffering from a cough or cold that you postpone your visit
